Reimagining the robots of yesterday and today with Gizmo, my custom tin toy GPT

I’ve started thinking about my next round of 3D tin toy robot designs to build in Blender; my first set of thirty was faithful to the original creations, but for the next set I wanted to not only riff on the OG robots, but also imagine what other toys and even household items might look like if the tin toy production methods and visual style never fell out of favor.

This has led me down an interesting rabbit hole learning about the potential of creating and working with a custom GPT, tailored to help me pre-visualize imagined tin toy designs that are tuned to my personal design style.
